I have an SPA122 that I am trying to upgrade the firmware in, but I cannot access the part of the web interface that allows me to do so.
To upgrade I am supposed to click adminstration in the menu bar (which is there) and then click Firmware Upgrade in the navigation tree....but, the navigation tree does not show anything?
I fist thought this was a firmware issue so I was going to upgrade it, but cannont get to the required page to do so.
has anyone else found this problem and have a solution to it?
