SPA122 in reboot loop

Hello Community,

I upgraded about 250 SPA122s to firmware 1.3.1(003) this week. Most everything went smoothly, except for two devices that are stuck in a constant reboot loop. All I've managed to get from syslog is this:

... over and over.

I've done some searching on the web and on these forums, without any luck. Any tips?

Start with reset to factory default, if possible.
