SPA122 on VOIP.ms Configuration Fails and Requires Constant Restore

VOIP.ms technical support has recommended contacting CISCO as my SPA122 continually fails and denies incoming calls from ringing on the (2) Phone 1 and Phone 2 ports. The only remedy that seems to work is restoring the backup configuration and then the calls ring on the two connected phones. Today, only Phone 1 failed to allow incoming calls and Phone 2 would ring where our VOIP.ms service is configured as a ring group where our single DID number rings on both Lines. No SIP phones are connected to the network.

 

As the failure is seemingly random and inconsistent and beyond tech support changing UDP/TCP, ports, settings etc. they suggest this might be memory failure?

 

Please advise if this is a brick and needs a re-buy or if there are other diagnostic routes.
