SPA122 RC - Pending configuration

Hello , 

I have SPA122 - RC and under customization it is "Pending" . it is not accepting my configuration with the new provider and always turning it to blank , even after hard reset .

It is possible to configure it , or shall I return it for another RC - customization "Open" ?

Or shall I have another one not RC , is better ? 

I am trying to configure it from quick setup , this is the correct way ?

*-RC are units customized for particular customer (mostly VoIP provider). You can't configure them according your wishes. It have little or no value for you.
