SPA2012 ATA Audio output gain

Hello everyone.

I am using an ATA model SPA2012.

I am having an issue with audio output gain.

In user end, the audio output is too low..

I need to increase the audio output volume/gain.

On the Regional tab under Miscellaneous did you try adjusting the "FXS Port Output Gain"?

The default setting is -3. The Administration Guide says

Output gain in dB, up to three decimal places. The range is
6.000 to -12.000. The Call Progress Tones and DTMF
playback level are not affected by the FXS Port Output
Gain parameter.
The default is -3.
