SPA2102 - Intercom - Doesn't detect hangup and beeps over intercom

I am trying to setup our intercom system with our new hosted IP pho

ne system.

ATA - SPA2102

Bogen - Intercom Equipment

I have it connecting and broadcasting over the intercom, but when I hang up the phone, the ATA doesn't detect that I hung up and then starts beeping.

Just like when your at home on a landline.....and you get disconnected or your phone is off the hook.

I'm sure there is a place to configure the ATA to detect the hangup.

Help.

Hi Steve,

You problem looks like a Hook Flash Problem.

Please save the default values at the Regional Tab for the Fields "Hook Flash Timer Min" and "Hook Flash Timer Max".

And try to increase and decrease these values and testing to see if it solves you problem.

I came accross this post, (if you did not solve it yet)

I use the Bogen all the time, just increase the CPC timeout.
