SPA232D/SPA302D Blind Transfer

Hello:

I have an SPA232D DECT ATA with 3 SPA302D handsets registered.  No SIP connections.

What I want to do is be able to send a hook flash event and dial a star code (i.e. *98 - blind call transfer) on the PSTN line when I have a current call on the line.  If I use a cheap walmart handset I can accomplish this during a call by pressing the "flash" button, dialing *98, dialing the transfer extension, and hanging up.  What am I missing here to make this work with a much more sophisticated set of cordless phones?

No. It's SPA ATA, not SPA IP Phone.
