SPA3102 no admin login and cannot upgrade firmware

Hi everyone,

1) I've login into the webUI of SPA3102 but can't find any Admin option at the right upper conner.

2) I've trying to upgrade the firmware but hold for 2 hr on below status.

"Customization: pending" say that this is restricted unit locked to particular VoIP operator. Such operator is the admin of the device in question, not you.

You are not allowed to upgrade it nor change the configuration. Return the unit to seller then order unrestricted device.
