Hello,
One of my customer have some Linksys SPA8000 and PAP2T products and when they try to use their analog FXS ports, they get busy tone instead of dial tone in fisrt 3-5 seconds. then it gives dial tone. If they reset products to check if problem fixed, they see that problem occurs in different ports after each reset. what can be the problem?

Same problem at home with my PAP2T. One thing to add is that I could not get incoming calls. I solved it by resetting the ATA performing a manual reboot from the phone (code 732668)
