SPA8000 sip connections not passing key presses

Hi,

I have an SPA8000 i'm using to connect some analogue handsets to my VoIP system (Shoretel) over SIP connections.

It seems that the SPA is not passing keypresses through (DTMF issue?) so I can't use voicemail and other services.

Has anyone got any clues or information about this?

I've struggled to dig anything up.

Dear Damien,

Please check the Audio settings -> DTMF Tx method settings in your SPA8000 and depending on your provider try options such as RFC, Inband, etc.
