SPA8800 & CLI

Hi,

I am using a SPA8800 as gateway with an Asterisk server.

Works pretty well, except that the PSTN line is forwarding the phone number. and I cannot see the Number display on my phone, but only the name of the peer, I gave !?!?

- Is there any way, to display the phone number of the caller( , via the SPA8800 gateway) ?

- can the SPA8800 forward this information ?

I should say SPA8800 and CID...

I had a look on google but without any success...

Into Line 1, I have :

PSTN CID For VoIP CID: yes

My dial plan is:

(<:012121@example.com>S0)

So, I should be able to transmit the phone number to the VoIP ????????????

Why, the name displaied on my phone is the name of my peer ?

[foo]

Defaultuser=foo

..

....

When ringin, I can see .. 'Foo' as caller..... :-(

NB, after making a call, I can see on the spa8800, "info" , "PSTN line status", Last PSTN caller : ( I can see the phone number of the caller )

So why thsi, cannot be sent to Asterisk server ??

Just another question.. should I have the SS7 Libraries installed on my Asterisk server, to get this DID on my voip phones displayed ?

... I am desperate to find the reason.....
