Hi Experts, we have an issue with SRP521 and FAX.
We have change a SPA2102 from customer location with a new SRP521.
Before the change of CPE, the customer doesn't had any problems during fax. After the change we encountered an issue in both directions, tx and rx.
Normally, the first page of a document is sent or received correctly but just after this, the fax communication fails with error on both sides.
The voice module of SRP521 is configured in the same manner of SPA2102.
The firmware installed is the last: 1.01.24.
I've studied logs and I've noted that after the first page, the SRP receives a new NSE Event and immediately after this event the call apparently fails.
Do you have suggestions?
