the most confusing products - please help!

Hi Guys,

Please help me ASAP! I first ever purchased a product with NO instruction!

So bad, that I don't have a clue what to do wiht this product. I can't return it to Amazon because I threw box already.

I don't have an idea ho to activate SPA500s 32-button Attendant console for Cisco Pro 500. Phoe itself came with disk - I was able to configurate.

But what to do with console? How to activate. Thre is an instruction how to connect console to phone - fine! I connected. What to do next?

I don't have a clue.

Called to Cisco support - they told me to write question on forum.

Please help!
