I am unable to access the phone support for my spa 122! Any ideas?
Does it ask for a password or there's no audio when you enter the **** ?
there is no audio.
See if you can factory reset it by holding down the reset button for 6 seconds.
If that still fails, then you'll need to call support to RMA the device.
