Unable to upgrade SPA2102 with latest firmware

Here is my setup and what I've tried so far.

1. I have my ethernet from my cable modem going into the Yellow internet port on my Linksys E2000.

2. The SPA2102 connected from the Yellow Ethernet port on the SPA to ethernet port #2 on the E2000.

When I run the upgrade utility (firmware upg-spa2102-5-2-12) I get the following windows.

But the screen just hangs there and does not upgrade.

What am I missing?

Hi.

This device can be upgraded only from "Internet" port.

It's blue,as i know.

Try plug your pc/laptop directly to LAN/Ethernet port of the SPA-2102 and run the firmware upgrade executable file

If there is DHCP server on the SPA,so let it give address to your pc.

So,nothing else :-)
