BOSH httpbinding url not available (ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT and ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED)

Hello! Please, help.

I want use Cisco Jabber WEB API (CAXL JS), but when i go in browser to urls like http://myserver:7335/httpbinding(we have to urls, pub and sub) then i get errors in web pages: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT and ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED.

The Cisco XCP Web Connection Manager service is running.

Note that the httpbinding resource on port 7335 expects HTTP or HTTPS connections (exclusively) depending on the 'Enable Web Client to IM/P Service Secure Mode' setting under System/Security/Settings in the IM&P web admin UI.  Make sure you are attempting to connect via HTTP (unchecked) or HTTPS (checked.)
