we have a CRM integration using the Cisco Jabber SDK Browser Add-on 11.8 in Deskphone mode. One of our customers wants to use the Cisco IP Communicator.
In the "Getting Started Guide" I found the following:
Desk phone mode: Control of a physical desk phone
We tested the Cisco IP Communicator in our lab and it worked. But, is the Cisco IP Communicator officialy supported?
