We have a situation where we have a call from an SX80 into a bridge. Then a WebEx session (audio) calls into the SX80. The WebEx is requesting that the person press 1 to allow the call to join.
In the Crestron system, we're triggering the DTMF codes, but the DTMF needs to be routed to a Call ID for it to work. The problem is that the Call IDs increase by 1 for every call that comes into the codec. So if we reboot the codec, we know that the Call ID of the WebEx is 2 since the bridge call was 1. We trigger the DTMF and it works. But the next time the call comes in, it is now Call ID 3 and the DTMF doesn't work.
Anyone know an API command that resets the Call ID number without having to reboot the codec? Or a way to track the current call ID?
