Hi,
With the document push feature within the Expert Assist, could you suggest on how to scan these pdf files for malware and provide the ability to direct a copy of the document to an external storage? This is required from a customer to meet their data protection policy. Are there relevant API's available so that an application can be written to enable this capability? Any guidance is appreciated.
Thanks

The document push feature pushes documents from the agents repository to the client. As the repository is controlled by the system administrator there is no need for a malware scan. Presumably the admin will only upload clean PDFs and that upload process could be controlled.
Also I'm not sure what the external storage requirement is. As stated above the PDFs will be already stored in a Administrator controlled repository.
