Hi, I will looking at the demo code, when I have configured the sandbox server and received the username and password emailed to me. The problem is when I use the username and password to login against the demo page, I got a 'invalid username' error. can anyone help me resolve my issue. Note: the the format of my username like xxx@xxx.com98

I think I've seen this when the user name includes an '@', you still need to append '@jabber-sandbox.cisco.com' to make the full login name during discovery step, e.g.:

It looks like the auto-generated user ID's with the '@' in them don't play well with the CAXL UI elements. I modified your user ID so that it includes just the user name portion.
Note, I also had trouble getting the sample to work until I had excepted the CUP server's self-signed cert in the browser I wanted to run the sample in. I.e. browser to https://cup.abc.inc:7335/httpbinding, accept the certificate, and then try the sample...
