We have developed SDK .NET application for REM and its working fine, We are using UCCX with Finesse. The only issue is with .NET exe Co-Browsing function is not working. In the Finesse Start Co-Browsing is grey and cannot click on that.
But if we test with Web RTC its working fine. Any guide to troubleshooting this?
