onRemoteHeld callback for iOS

Hello. It appears that the iOS SDK is missing a callback for onRemoteHeld. I thought may you could use the callDidRecieveMediaChageRequest to determine when the call was held, but this event does not seem to be triggered on hold.

Hi Brad,

There is no way for a client to detect this.

Maybe another item to get into the feature request work stream?
