Problem with connecting on WebVersion9.2_MR5 and MR1

Hello

We have serious problem with connection on Jabber SDK MR 5 and MR1. We use CUCM 9.x and UCCX 9.x.

After some good (audio and video is present) calls the pluging crash. The media sesion is not started. The computer with plugin dose't send any video and audio. We see only black screen. Probably the signalization sesion is OK (call is visble on Cisco CAD agent but only in call hold mode). We tried call once again and an effect was the same ( the black screen on computer and hold status on CAD).

Hi,

Could you please tell us what OS/Browser combination was in used?

What's the cal scenarios? Direct call, forwarded call, recorded call?

what device number?

Did the black screen still appear after you restart the browser?
