There's a receive call function on client side.
But how can client get a call using rem?
You would need to use the Advanced SDK or reverse the roles of client and agent. In either case the mechanism for registering the client with REM so they could receive the call would have to be developed outside the REM SDK.

There is no specific documentation for reversing the roles of Client and agent in expert assist.
