Hi
Does anyone know if it is possible to retrieve a callid while a call is in progress. For example if I know that a user is on a call, can i query the extension or the phone that they are using to determine the callid while the call is still in progress. Is this doable using the on demand CDR?

Thank you Adrienne.. PDI help desk has stated the only way to retrieve this is by scraping CUCM traces or using JTAPI

You can specify the interval in which you want the requests being made. With trial and error, you could probably adjust it so that you get the call id while the call is in progress.
