SASL Error even with correct credentials

HI ,  I am  trying to connect with finesse notification service with cisco jabber api.

some times I am getting  {urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:xmpp-sasl}not-authorized . even with correct credentials.

trying login few times it works .

this problem becomes worst when application try to recover a failover.

Please suggest .

Hi Javadev,

If you are using  "IP address" for the "domain" config in your CAXL setting Please try using the "domain name" .

The domain name is the domain name that your CUPS server belongs to.

CUPS->System->Cluster Topology->Settings->Domain Name
