Soft Key URIs to Answer, Decline or Ignore the Incoming Call
We are able to successfully show the caller's photograph using ECC profile in CUCM (on 88XX series phones and CUCM ver12.5).
When we are showing the caller's photograph using CiscoIPPhoneExecute and CiscoIPPhoneImageFile objects, the default "Actionable Incoming Call Alert" toaster is getting closed, which enables the user to answer, decline or ignore the incoming call.
Now we want to provide the same functionality as Actionable Incoming Call Alert by providing answer, decline or ignore soft keys in CiscoIPPhoneImageFile object, but we are unable to find the related URIs for decline and ignore functions (for answer, we are using Key:Session1 URI).
Also if it is possible to open the Actionable Incoming Call Alert toaster, then we can open it after user selects a soft key.
Any suggestions to achieve this functionality are welcome.
