SX20 USB port --> RS232 Creston touch panel

20 SX20s all running TC7.3.5 software and TC7.3.6 - Three of the units appear to be experiencing BUG: CSCud08102

Customer is using a USB dongle and operating the SX20 via Creston controller.  The units stop communicating with each other and communication can be re-established by unplugging and replugging in the USB connector. - Disconnect happens at any time and is completely random.- it can happen sleeping, during a call or in standby.- Removing the USB and plugging back in is the ONLY way we can re-establish the camera controls. We swapped one of the troubled codecs with a working codec that did NOT have this issue and the problem followed the codec.  This was done after swapping out the several USB -to- RS232 dongles and checking commands and control on the DMPS.

Creston not compatible with the TC language, is not an option because this same Creston works properly with other SX20’s

On TC7.3.6 issue happened, logs attached, issue happened on 9/8/2016 around 9:30am

Same behavior as detailed on BUG CSCud08102 , but bug says is fixed on TC6.1.0, any idea ?
