Last week i have been accessing the sandbox for APIC-EM (db only) for testing (learning) activities.
This worked fine until this morning when i tried accessing it again.
The "always-on" sandbox (https://sandboxapic.cisco.com/) seems down.
Is this due to a (temporary) outage or am i the only one experiencing this problem?

It is not only you facing the issue, I think the team must be doing some upgrade or doing some maintenance shutdown. Will update you.
