Can't get service token

I'm using the new API "devnetapi.cisco.com/sandbox/apic_em" with the credentials username = "devnetuser" password = "Cisco123!", but I get the response "Invalid Credentials". What can I do? I'm in a hurry.

some one changed the credentials.  We are in process of changing them back.. should back soon

Thank you very much! I'm presenting my bachelor thesis based on the APIC-EM controller and I panicked I couldn't access it. Do you think it will be back in 2 hours?

Apologies, resolved now.  I did not have admin access.

We are looking at ways to prevent this from happening again
