How to ensure device reachable alerts are not sent to Ticketing tools
We are integrating Cisco Prime with 3rd Party ticketing tool, However, We are getting SNMP traps for device unreachable which is getting new ticket created in ticket tool, Meanwhile, we are also getting alarms for reachable & ticket is also getting created this alaram.
This is increasing tickets count for operations & unwanted work.
I would request all of you to help us for disabling SNMP trap forwarding for reachable alerts.
