Installed acitoolkit but bdist.win32 file is empty.

I cloned acitoolkit from GIT, and ran the setup.py install command successfully, but when I try and run "python tutuorial.py" which I have renamed as Labtutorial.py, I get this traceback error:

MINGW64 /c/DevNet-Code-Samples/acitoolkit/samples (master)

$ python Labtutorial.py

Traceback (most recent call last):

  File "Labtutorial.py", line 30, in <module>

    from acitoolkit.acitoolkit import *

  File "build\bdist.win32\egg\acitoolkit\__init__.py", line 30, in <module>

  File "build\bdist.win32\egg\acitoolkit\aciFaults.py", line 5, in <module>

  File "build\bdist.win32\egg\acitoolkit\acibaseobject.py", line 38, in <module>

  File "build\bdist.win32\egg\acitoolkit\acisession.py", line 41, in <module>

ImportError: No module named requests

When I go and examine the C:\DevNet-Code-Samples\acitoolkit\build\bdist.win32 directory, it is empty,  (obviously a problem).

Has anyone run into this?  Is it user error, or am I just missing an install step?

Thanks for any assitance

Ah ha a fresh set of eyes this AM, and I missed an error:

error: Setup script exited with error: Microsoft Visual C++ 9.0 is required. Get it from http://aka.ms/vcpython27
