local guest shell on IOS XR ASR9K

hello forum Guys, 

Is there capability to use local guest shell on IOS XR ASR9K? I found info on https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/ios-xml/ios/prog/configuration/166/b_166_programmability_cg/guest_shell.html#id_45860 that local guest feature is available for IOS-XE 16.5, so in case that ASR9K is equipped in my case with IOS XR , ver 6.2.3, does it mean that it need to be reloaded to use IOS-XE 16.5? 

from this link, I see that feature is available at the moment  only for ISR4k, is thet correct?

looks like ASR9K which runs IOS XR has capability to run python scripts directly using " python run" commend, discussion can be closed
