Someone could please let me know if the ACI Sim is available to Gold Partner users?

One of my friends works for a gold partner and ask me if he can have access to this Simulator to his studies.

The long and short of it is that there is a software simulator and a simulator "appliance".  Currently, you can download the software simulator, but the activation token generator is unavailable externally.
