Unable to access console APIC-EM 1.3.2.37

Hi All,

First information.

I need to restore Apic-em to default clean everything  ,then i've restoring the APIC-EM to the factory default by troubleshoot doc (from command  reset_grapevine factory).After process restoring  APIC-EM nothing changes. 

Now i can't access to GUI and the console has a problem as figure attachment.

Please share how to fix this issue or information about a problem

Restoring APIC-EM to factory defaults will typically take around 30 - 40 minutes (or more depending on your hardware specs).

How long have you waited?

Thanks for your reply.

I wait this process many hours.

After  restoring APIC-EM then I can access to webGUI and console but data in APIC-EM nothing changes(Router from discovery, IWAN diagram and PnP device).

A few hours later, it was a problem.
