Unable to delete device

Hi guys,

I am a newbie in this APIC-EM world - literally installed it a few hours ago and now trying to get my head around it.

For test purposes I have only deployed 1 VM (quite demanding resource wise..) and the plan was to get just a few network devices. However, I let the CDP depth to 16 and ended up with roughly 500 devices as now all my access points are in.

I tried several different methods, but nothing really worked. What do I miss?.. See bellow:

hi,

AP are managed through the WLC, not individually.

You need to delete the WLC they are connected to.

It did actually cross my mind that this could have been some sort of hierarchy/dependency issue (e.g. hosts attached to device) but the error message was a bit vague, saying resource does not exist or not found .. Thanks Adam for your quick response! Much appreciated.
