We are using JTAPI to monitor call center agents and UCCX CTI Port terminals (media terminals). We have been able to get all of the data we need to provide realtime analytics of our agents, and we also know how many calls are currently connected to UCCX in total (in the IVR or in a queue), but we can't seem to find any way to know which CSQ a live call is currently waiting in. Is there any way to get this information from a live JTAPI call?
