CUCM 12.5SU3 - Can not create CSF Device with AXL

Hello, we are developing a solution to add devices in cucm and manage them. With CUCM 12.5SU3 we face an issue when adding a CSF Device, all other Devices are working. In previous releases also CSF Device was fine. Does anybody had this issue and know how to solve this? 

It seems like an AXL bug, maybe there is an update for this?

What's the nature of the error?

As the issue seems to happen only on a specific CUCM build, I suspect this is some kind of defect or corner case - it might be best to open a ticket with DevNet Developer Support so they can have engineering investigate the logs and identify the root cause: https://developer.cisco.com/site/support/
