CUCM CTIManager communication

Hi everyone.

I would like to know if it is possible to implement a third party application that can communicate with a CTIManager  of a CUCM using directly the CTI TCP/IP communication protocol that is used by TAPIS TSP driver and JTAPI plugin.

We would like to implement the communication using Microsoft dotnet without the windows TAPI abstraction.

I couldn't find any protocol specification.

The CTI Manager's wire protocol (internally referred to as Quick Buffer Exchange (QBE)) is not documented/supported for 3rd party use.
