CURRI Announcements - where are they?

CURRI allows you to reject calls (works fine) and while doing so, play an announcement. Where "are" these announcements? How do I create, update, delete them and know which ones are available?

The messages are stored on CUCM as announcements - last option in the ccmadmin Media Resources drop down menu.

You basically just need to upload a wav file in a supported format to all CUCM servers in the cluster.
