My client has a office on a Serviced Building , there is a lease line and they have connected to that a CISCO, MODEL- ASA 5506, SN: JMX2201G04G And it's working fine.
The network IP is 10.24.10.170 and problem is when I connect 2 IP phones, That have DHCP ON , the phones get 192.168.89.94 and 192.168.89.95 and show on the display no service.
I have changed manually the IP of the phones to 10.24.10.180 and 10.24.10.181. but when I connect the phones to the network, is not working.
If I take the phones and connect at my house or at my office that don't have a Cisco router it works fine.
The phones are Yelink T21
The it people they said that the Cisco has no outbound restrictions.
Please help
Regards
Danny

Also sounds like your phones are getting the DHCP from a different source. Do you have consumer access points on your network? If so make sure they have their DHCP servers disabled.
