Hi All, 

In a UCCE environment, when a CVP (Customer Voice Portal) failure occurs,  I want to provide IVR services by passing calls from survivability.tcl to its-CISCO.2.0.3.0.tcl 

How can I transfer a call from survivability.tcl to its-CISCO.2.0.3.0.tcl so that it can receive IVR services afterwards?
