Integrate Self Service IVR (UCCE) with Voice Bot

I try to find solution to integrate cvp with voiceBot place on cloud , i find dialogflow component under cusomter voice assistant (CVA) but support only Google .
How to integrate cvp with VoiceBot but send stream (customer voice) to voiceBot and receive stream (response to customer) and play it to customer ?

Hello @ahmed Adel,

 

In the Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise Features Guide, Release 12.5(1)Chapter: Customer Virtual Assistant (Updated March 14, 2022), only Google is listed as being supported for text-to-speech, speech-to-text and speech-to-intent.

 

However, here are a couple of other resources which may help you solve this puzzle:

 

  • ciscoCVP_googleDialogflow_dance - a Cisco Code Exchange case, which uses a NodeJS middleware boilerplate for enabling webhook-based interaction between Google DialogFlow, Cisco CVP and 3rd party data sources
