JTAPI on the BE 4000

Cisco has released the Business Edition 4000. They say configuration and setup is all done online (in the cloud) and that it's super simple. Is there a way to integrate with the BE 4000? Is it still running CUCM under the covers? If so, can we still use JTAPI with it?

AS I know that BE4000 is configured and managed from and interface that looks exactly like the cisco cloud collaboration management platform which used to manage Spark ..

its it's a simple collaboration call management which is targeted to SMB .. its like a CME which has a GUI interface.
