The developer guide indicates that this will insert tones "out-of-band" but doesn't really mention what type of out-of-band method (RFC 2833? SIP KPML? SCCP keypress?).
Is there a way to have the server with the TSP/media driver insert RFC2833 without needing an MTP on the CUCM?
