Hi, we are looking to match an outbound call recorded through Built In bridge. In UCCE we are collecting a CallreferenceID in this format: 00000000002E459402A7FC0800000000 and in a recording we are getting certain x- metadata. wondering if there is anyway to tie the 2 together without needng to get into Jtapi/AgentPG intergrations.
