PGW2200 switchover automatic by GEN_ERR_TIMEOUT_PROC: ENG-01

Hi, I need help from anyone because of a problem with our PGW2200.
A few days ago I began to make switchover automatically with this error in the log:

ENG-01: ALM = \ "CRITICAL M-OOS \", STATE = SET, SEV = CR "

We already know that PGW2200 is EOL and EOS so I'm looking for someone who can help me, thank you very much
