SIP Device Can not be controlled ？

Hi,

I have SIP Device, but I can't see the Address in the JTAPI Test Tool,

I don't know whether beacuse of "Device is not trusted" this causes？

The CUCM configuration:

3rd SIP Phones

Directory Number

End User

JTAPI Test Tool

Third party phones are not supported by Cisco JTAPI.
