TCL IVR after 6 to 8 rings IVR started

we have to reduce the ring time like as I dial PSTN number, IVR should run immediately.

 

I tried to change the ivr pilot number one time it works great but after that ivr didn't start. Then reverted back. Configs & logs attached. 

 

I am assuming this number aa-pilot 1 is matching with many dialpeers, which causing delay in playing.

 

Advise required.

I don't think script itself control the alerting times. 

You mentioned PSTN, if you dialed the same number(connect to a phone not Tcl IVR), how many rings calling/called heard when phone is picked up ? are the numberer different ?
