Hi everyone! I want to integrate uccm with 3rd party system. When someone is calling to agent it will be created task in our ticketing system.(via post request) What should I use for deal with it? I read about jtapi and axl api for uccm, but I don't understand what API calls should I use.
I think you're looking for Cisco Unified Routing Rules Interface (CURRI), which can be assigned to a Directory Number, to cause a triggering event to be sent to an outside system via HTTP.
